ArtJamz Terms and Conditions

All reservations for ArtJamz classes and events are subject to availability.

Participants must arrive promptly at the designated start time. Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of their reservation without a refund.

ArtJamz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be made.

Participants must meet the minimum age requirement specified for each class or event. ArtJamz may request age verification documents if necessary.

Certain classes or events may have specific age restrictions or recommended age ranges. Please refer to the class/event description for details.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during ArtJamz classes and events.

Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or violates the rights of others will not be tolerated. ArtJamz reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in such behavior without refund.

ArtJamz provides all of the necessary art supplies and materials for classes and events, unless stated otherwise.

Participants are responsible for handling the art supplies and materials with care. Any damage caused to the supplies or studio property due to negligence or willful misconduct may result in additional charges.

ArtJamz retains all intellectual property rights associated with its original artworks, class designs, and instructional materials.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any artworks or instructional materials provided by ArtJamz without prior written consent.

Participants assume all risks and responsibilities associated with their participation in ArtJamz classes and events.

ArtJamz is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal belongings that may occur during the class or event.

Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental well-being during the class or event. If any medical condition or injury arises, participants should seek appropriate medical attention.

ArtJamz reserves the right to take photographs, videos, or other media recordings during classes and events for promotional purposes. By participating, participants grant ArtJamz permission to use their likeness in such materials

Private events and classes, require large inputs of our staff’s time and effort to organize. Events cancelled less than 48 hours prior to their scheduled time will not have the option to reschedule and will forfeit $175 of their deposit.

ArtJamz reserves the right to refuse refunds or rescheduling requests at its discretion.

ArtJamz reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be bound by the terms in effect at the time of their reservation.
By making a reservation and participating in ArtJamz classes or events, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
